Free Trial

Twiniti Training offers a 3-day free trial for all new subscribers. During this period, you may explore the training content at no cost. If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel your subscription before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

Subscription Billing

Once the 3-day trial has ended, your chosen payment method will be charged automatically for the subscription. Subscriptions renew on a monthly basis unless canceled.

Refund Policy

Because our training is online and self-paced with immediate access, we generally do not offer refunds once the subscription fee has been charged.

  • Refund requests made within 7 days of the first paid subscription charge may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Refunds will not be provided after this 7-day period.

  • Partial or prorated refunds are not offered for unused subscription periods.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the training materials until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied.
